Hooray for heroes!
You’ve done so much for us
So much more than we even know
And we will not forget
You deserve a badge of honor,
To recognize all that you did!
The commitment you made to serve
The way you risked your life
Pressing your way on to work
While we stayed at home inside
You kept our communities safe
One day at a time,
And as we near the end of the tunnel
Behold, we’re starting to see the light!

You’ve fought the good fight
What can we do to honor you?
What words can we say
Or what tribute can we pay
To honor all that you do?
We would not be where we are
If it wasn’t for courageous souls like you!

You protected our people and our land
